At Sandiwa Collection, our utmost priority is ensuring our customers' complete satisfaction with their purchases. Should you receive a damaged item, rest assured, we are here to help. We gladly accept returns for such cases and offer the choice of either a replacement of the same value or a refund minus a 4% processing fee. 

Initiating a Return for a Damaged Item:

To begin the return process for a damaged item, kindly reach out to us using the "Message us" feature (via chat icon at the bottom of the page) within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please provide a detailed description of the damage along with clear photographs of the item. Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please bear in mind that we can only accept returns for damaged items. All other sales are considered final, and unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for any other reasons.
